What are the reactions of cellulose in Hebei with the change of temperature?

2018-10-21 Hits:452

When the solution of Hebei cellulose is in low temperature, there is a hydrogen bond effect between hydrophilic groups on macromolecules and water molecules, which forms a cage-like configuration for water molecules. The heat applied at elevated temperatures will crack the hydrogen bonds between water molecules and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose molecules, destroy the cage-like supramolecular configurations, release water molecules from the binding effect of hydrogen bonds into water molecules, and expose hydrophobic methoxy groups in the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose macromolecular chains. This makes hydrophobic association possible. As the temperature rises further, all the hydrogen bonds at the end crack, and the hydrophobic bonds reach the maximum, the number and scale of hydrophobic aggregates are added. In this process, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose is used more and more widely. Later, different hydrophobic aggregates were linked by hydrophobic effects. When the temperature rises to the gel point, the three-dimensional network layout of the hydrophobic aggregates is filled with the system, and the microcosmic expression is the composition of the gel.
